Here's some Tex-Mex.


Spanish rice. White rice fried until it changes color. Smells like popcorn. Chopped onion and chunky salsa is added. Garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper. Some water. Simmered down.


The meat was chicken breast. Hammered out with a tenderising' hammer. Cut up into bite sized pieces. Homemade rib rub, and sugar with cinnamon. Mixed all around in a mixing bowl. Fried in a cast iron skillet.
