Another game warden was killed today in the Puloxy river near gle Rose, while looking for a girl that went missing. Just wanted to let ya'll know and when out on the water and they are messing with us, make sure to thank them for everything they do.

Yeah, I read about that. Sad. Worked more flash flood from S Fort Worth...through Granbury and Stephenville...to Evant, Starr, and parts of Hamilton/Lampasas. Got off at 5 am...after going in at 4 pm yesterday afternoon.
I'm trying my hardest to get the man above to TURN THE FAUCET OFF! Give to the folks in the SE U.S who need (especially Florida) and let us dry out.
LOL.

You just don't think enough about what they do until something like this happens.

Yes, thank our Wardens. Got checked at LL Barge a few weeks ago, and it's good to know they're around to protect what's so precious to all of us. God bless him and his family.

Mike,
I was wondering the same thing but was afraid to ask since I did not want to seem insensitive.

More info here: http://www.odmp.org/officer.php?oid=18902It's a memorial page, be sure to leave your comments under the reflections link. This guy has checked my license a few times. Johnson County just lost a good warden. He was fair, nice and very professional.
