Grilled chicken, rice, & veggies last night Cajun Shrimp spiced, Zaldain rice, and veggies tonight.
Eating real light for lunches. Gotta get back on the weight loss train. Slipped off the tracks a little....

I caught and fried 2 of these for my Pops and I: Finest eating fish there is Fact.
Team wolfs I had to perform. It took a minute to get it all in my mouth and another five to swallow it all.
