Being home bound so much and not going anywhere i decided to grill today cause expecting rain/storms says the weatherman for Saturday and more rain possible Sunday. call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.

I got a pork butt and a rack of ribs going on the egg early in the morning. Rain doesn't bother it to much.

Just about 2 hrs 45 mins total . First hour grill held at about 335* and then cooled down to 295 for rest of time . Check them with a gauge and both were 170* so now just resting and fixen to chow down with beans and potato salad !

Chicken and Pork Chops going on the Egg tomorrow, going to eat some and fill the freezer with the rest. Making a run to town (Wife wants something) to see if I can find some ribs or a pork butt since I will have it already fired up.

Yep. I've been grilling angus burgers, badass fajitas, wagyu and prime ribeye steaks, chicken, etc. Frying crappie, sandies, and catfish too. I've seriously eaten better the last few weeks than I have in years.

wagyu? really? from where? Most legit info I read on real wagyu in the US says it didn't happen....
