I'd like to see them close the outdoor landscaping dept myself. Mulch and flowers are not essential in my opinion.

That's what I've been telling my wife for years, get the round-up instead.

They have been closing the HD by my house at 6pm for a couple weeks now. You walk in during business hours and it's packed.

Disagree. I need mulch to grow maters and taters.

If only there was an individual who had the leadership skills, foresight, and intelligence to muster these types of actions nation wide.

Using all government, corporate, private and NFP resources to form a unified push to a common goal. To protect workers, the economy and patients and get on offense with this situation...

Guess it's cool we don't have that...we will be open by Easter.

No worries.

I usually avoid an HEB by my place cause you would think it’s the 8th wonder of the world. The place is always packed and the parking lot is the same. But I do go there for gas cause it’s cheap. Well I went yesterday and for the first time the HEB parking lot was almost empty. I was looking at it with complete amazement. Then I cut through a Lowe’s parking lot to get back on the feeder road to get home. The Lowe’s parking lot, which is usually empty, was packed! I was even thinking...these slack from home workers sure are scared to be around coworkers, but they have no problem crowding up at Lowe’s! I would love to see if they had to submit their yearly goals now. If they were honest it would go like this...”This year I plan on redoing my flower beds, retiling the guest bathroom and making that paver sidewalk I always wanted”.

I was even instant messaging a coworker that is slacking from home herself. She replied about an hour after I first asked her a question and her reply...”Sorry for the late response Urban, I was washing my hair and doing laundry.”!!!! realmad This was around 11:00 am! I wanted to tell her...You do know working from home means actually doing work for the company that pays you...right? But she is really hot and I didn’t.

The store by me has been this way for over a week. It's basically a half-covered line of people waiting to get in and "supposed to be" 6 ft apart. It is long at times. There are employees at the entrance and exits radio'n back and forth when someone has left and to let someone in. Sometimes it's just one or two at a time, sometimes it's more. They'll probably set more canopies up for the line with the dumb rain coming in again.

I need to grout my shower, that's about as non-essential as it gets in my book. I have a sound excuse now.

Got grout today and some seeds at Lowe's. Was about 9am.

Place was a ghost town. Cashier had glass like a corner store clerk in the L.A. ghetto I grew up in.

Felt normal.

I blame hoarders! Now that they have a spare bedroom filled floor to ceiling with toilet paper, it’s time to hoard up on sheet rock and light fixtures!
