Then skin it and take the slabs of white meat, put them on your grill with some lemon pepper and you will enjoy a really fine meal. Don't over cook. If it is indeed a largemouth bass congratulations. If it is under 13 take a couple of scales and send it in to participate in the SAL program, but if it is over 13 then call them to come and get it for breeding.
