Will order a new Minnkota Powerdrive (24v, 70lbs, 54", i-pilot)in the next week or two. It will replace my original Minnkota Maxxum. I'm pretty handy and equipped to do the install, but wondering if there are any unexpected hurdles I might find. Thanks in advance.

Should not be any hurdles to jump over. cheers

I pulled a Maxxum off mine and replaced it with an Ultrex and other than having to adjust how it mounted (so the head didn't hang over the side) and then drill new holes it went without a hitch!
