which is just absurd.....and unmanned , hardly used place to get out and clear your head and easily stay 6 feet away from people

I was told the same thing. If it's run by a gov't agency which is not operating due to the virus, it is closed.

Gates locked, I called the grasslands and they said the lakes will remain closed until COVID is over because of the campground access. It sucks I know.

So is it that the campgrounds and ramps are closed?
Or the whole grasslands?
Like can you walk down there and bank fish? Or say put in a kayak?
