It's land locked by private properties but I used to have access through a buddy's place. That little pond is the most reliable body of water I've ever been on for loading up on huge crappie. If I was fishing purely for fun I'd fly fish or toss little jigs. If I was loading up for a fish fry I'd just walk around the bank dabbling a live minnow just off the bank. I remember one time I believe I could have lit the grease and been home with a bag of filets before it was hot. Certainly not an adventure destination, but for pure and simple fishing fun, that's where I'd be social isolating right now. SD

BrianID Outdoorsman Joined: May 2008 Posts: 118 San Antonio	This week I would take Lake Powell. Smallmouth and Largemouth fishing is as good as it gets there right now. The scenery is also hard to beat. Without trying too hard I think I could catch 200 fish a day there right now.
