I wonder if people will obey and how long before they do martial law. I don't know that many people who fish in tight places. They are usually in different boats 50' apart or more.

I have heard stories about "combat fishing" during the salmon run where guys were lined up elbow to elbow for hundreds of yards. I can see how that would violate the social distancing rules.

Those guys fish differently in many cases than we do here.

Lined up shoulder to shoulder on a good river is not unheard of.

Oregon just banned all guiding in the state and closed all boat ramps. I guess because the clients have to sit closer than 6" apart in the boats. It is devastating that business.

I saw a crappie guide today that had himself and 5 others in the boat so people are playing fast and loose with recommended distance thing.

Proper social distancing. Who am I kidding I always make her fish out of the back of the boat.

Looks like a 12 inch trout stocking on the trinity river!

I have seen people line up like that on the Deschutes River in Nisqually Valley Washington when the steel head are running . Complete madness watching the guys fight when the lines get tangled .
