I am taking a neighbor out tomorrow and wanted to do some crappie fishing by chances does any one have any reports have they moved into the coves? Any suggestions would be helpful as I am just getting into crappie fishing. Thanks in advance.

From what I am hearing you can catch fish everywhere right now. Docks, shallower brush, covers, timber.

Was at the lake today the lake is up all of the ramps I saw were open. Fishing was not good only caught two no one was doing very well. Ran into a guide that I have used in the past and he told me that he did not catch much yesterday his words were "its been tough"

I've been doing pretty good out there lately. With all the new areas flooded I've been loading fish up.

The Crappie thump is an amazing feeling
