How are these hose connectors released? Will I need to buy ones or are they reuseable?

Thanks

If you're asking about the siver metal clamps, I've never reused them. They're usually torn all to hell getting them off.

There is no reason to tear up the Oetiker clamps - those are the silver bands placed with a special tool most don't have. I have deleted the remainder of my response here because I discovered jfe is abusing the free help available on TFF by waltzing across multiple sub-forums posing the same question(s), prompting multiple people to waste time answering.

To those who gave me some help, thank you. I sincerely appreciate it, as I'm working around the clock to get my boat put back together. Everything in the bilge, including the fuel tank is stripped out and can't be reassembled until I get the live well valve replaced. Late last night I found a video on Flo-rite's connectors. They are disengaged by simply slipping the snap ring rearward. Great technology on their part...very similar to Shark Bite plumbing fittings. For Flippin-Out, please refer to the reply I sent you on the Bass Fishing subsection.

Flippin-Out, why did you delete the rest of your comments? I'd like to hear what you had to say about me.

What I deleted was a long detailed message answering questions at the best of my ability - a step by step how to - but all for nothing because..... You apparently never needed me to spend the time doing all that as you had cast the question on multiple threads at the same time. It did not "say anything" about you. You've already called me a "sensored" so why care?

"Sensored" is it? You, everyone that has followed this chain, and I know that I never called you anything. Nor anything else that needed to be "Sensored" (sp).
