Ott had one of those days happen in 1.5 hours. Congrats to him. I was pulling for MDJ, but had a feeling Ott would get into them soon or later.

Congratulations Otter.

Chris I remember when you did the "Stir the bait" up thing when we were at CB ??

It works!!!

It sure does!

That other boat he told to "idle hard right at me" was funny. Guy was very hesitant and apologized as he went by. Defoe said I told you to do it!

I guess I haven't watched enough MLF to notice but I saw on the highlights he would put one on the scale and make another cast. I figured they would of made them get that one back in the water before making another cast.

It was questioned and Marty Stone addressed it as being legal the way he did it.

I had no doubt it was legal per their rules, just surprised!

Not like it was a secret, anyway. Always a bunch working over the area. Just like Guntersville. Randy Howell smoked it in 2014, then Hank Cherry turns around and does it in 2020. Good spots are good spots for a reason. Anytime there is that much surface area of lake funneled into a choke point (like bridges) and time of year when fish are on the move, there always good places to look. The hard part is figuring out how their positioned, when are they on, when are they off, are the closer/farther away from the cover, what bait, what presentation, etc, etc to name just a few of the hundreds of variables that go into it. Just like the other day on Fork. I was fishing up in Oil Well Bay area, Anyone NOT know where that is at? When we were pulling out about 5 boats were pulling in. Then, a few days later, it was the same way with the pros. I saw an old guide up at Fork a couple of weeks before as we were loading up. He was bemoaning about all the "YouTubers" and "Internet guys" that were showing all the best spots. I just agreed with the old guy, but in reality with today's technology, access to information, chips, reports, information, etc, There are NO secret spots anymore.

LOL..........Well, I'd be lying if I said he was my top pick, but you wouldn't have had to go down my list very far at all (IIRC, I had him 3rd) to find him.
