It’s already packed nearly every day of the week... don’t see this changing it much.

Calm down bud, no-one is complaining. Athens get hammered a lot and it's become kind of a joke on this sub-forum.

you have no idea in regards to that lake, no small body of water gets hammered more year-round in this state than Athens. Maybe Squaw in winter?

I’m plenty calm, bugs the heck out of me that people complain about an amazing couple hours a guy had fishing. I fish Rayburn don’t tell me about pressure on a lake.

I've fished Athens only a couple times, those fish can't stand a vibrating jig....they hit them like tanks..Congrats to Ott. I was pulling for MDJ, but had a feeling Ott would pull it off..

Yeah right, pressure on Rayburn is when two boats meet in a creek. Try fishing Fork in the spring when you count twenty boats in the same creek.

Athens definitely wasn’t impressive, but fork on the other hand showed produced some big ones.

Fork is the lake that showed out. 205 5lb+ fish, with 2 over 10 and I don't know how many 8+. Fork will be extra packed this year, then the Elites arrive in June (maybe) and will crush them off shore and then Bassmaster Mag will name it #1 lake, then 2021 will be stupid busy.

Good. Those businesses out there need all the customers they can get. Moreso after all of the virus mess.
