tortillas could also double a toilet paper substitute.... one use per situation.

Went to Tom Thumb an hour ago. No milk except for buttermilk. Meat counter still bleak, a few pork chops. Some guy in line had 30 packs of chicken breasts. I was thinking of how to get off a double tap on his center mass and take it and put it back on the shelves. I would have been hailed as a hero. But we got most everything except milk and bread. Some rolls were left and a few high dollah Pepperidge farm stuff.

Brookshires in Midlothian has limits on most everything except produce for now. Meat is one pkg per type per person.....ex 1 pkg of steak or 1pkg of chicken, pork etc..Costco had a lot of stock left and any type of meat you might want

Easiest solution would be to limit ALL grocery sales to 15 items or less. Would be tough for many decent folks but you could still buy bare necessities and shelf stripping would be greatly reduced.

I went to Walmart today and it was well stocked but people were loading up faster than any stocker could refill. What concerned me more was the people who were touching everything I watched people touch 4-5 bell peppers or broccoli crowns before getting one. I would seriously think about only frozen or prepackaged for now. One guy must have touched 10 different peanut butters before taking one. It like no one there had ever been in a grocery store. Sorry, no bottled water or TP.

Not workable, bad for global warming, and some people are buying for many and some others for one.

What do you need bottled water for? Corona won’t break water lines.

I went to 24 hour Walmart at 10:45 last night. They announce store is now closing at 11:00 pm from here on out. Lots of shelves empty. All the lunch meet gone, most meat all gone so I treated myself to one last package of ribeyes. Forgot about toilet paper and never checked to see if they even had any. I’m good for the rest of the week.

Limits at stores will only work if the stores have the balls to enforce them. There have been limits on all the related items for over a week at Kroger and still folks are walking out with much more over that. They are getting no resistance at the checkouts.

Y'all are just now seeing what I saw Friday at the Prosper Krogers when I was told it was just hype. Guess our hoarders were ahead of the curve.

Plenty of groceries to go around. They might be out when you go, just go back. Early morning the shelves will be most stocked. Our Albertson's in fort worth was only out of a handful of things. We got bread, bacon, eggs, milk, flour, rice, beans, chicken, pork, beef, sausage, chips, frozen pizza, shredded cheese, tortillas, and a ton of other essentials. We didn't get any fresh produce but there was plenty there.

We spent $400+ but not cause we're panic buying, just stocking the kitchen at our new place. Also got a ton of non food stuff like dish soap, foil, Ziploc bags, etc... and that stuff adds up quick.

Went to the grocery store yesterday, They were out of paper goods and had limits on other things.

I saw a woman and a man that looked like they were together. They both had baskets. Everytime she would pick up a item that was limited to 2 per customer he would put another 2 in his basket.

I guess he considered himself a different customer.
