Just fished this past weekend with them at LBJ, they are taking all the right steps in limiting big crowds and making sure these events stay on course. Please listen to their requests if we limit the crowds and the weigh ins, and registration these tournaments should be able to proceed. Good jobs Champs.

We apologize. We did not anticipate the President telling us today to limit gatherings to less than 10 people for the next 2 weeks.
Trust me, the last thing we wanted to do was move the tournament date. It is extremely difficult to move an event this size.
Hopefully we'll see you at the next one.
Chad Potts, President Bass Champs, Inc.

Changing the date of the Cedar Creek tournament means we won't be there. Early April was one thing, but we're not going to show up and fish a deep water tournament on a lake we fish once or twice a year against a bunch of guys who fish every tournament that is held over there.
I know it's not your fault.

I know it's not your fault. A little whine with your cheese. No, but if you want to send me a money order for our entry fee and memberships that will do instead of some whine. Why do you care? I don't recall complaining about anything, just saying we don't intend to enter and explaining the reason. I also don't remember addressing WAWI at all. Or are you just the internet police officer? Maybe Chad cares about how having to change dates through no fault of his own affects participation, maybe he doesn't, and maybe he already knows. But your concern is duly noted anyway.
