I actually like ramen noodles. I had some last night with red onion and fresh spinach.

Our 21 year old son loves them as well! He will add chicken and eggs to his.

I like em too but too much sodium. My son just leaves most of the sodium packet out of his.

Maybe my favorite thing ever.
I even have a cookbook of cool recipes that feature ramen noodles. The cheap ones.
Soooo good.
for anyone concerned about the sodium, all the sodium is in that flavoring packet. they're many cool recipes you can make that don't require using that flavoring packet at all. You can also simply add 1/2 or 1/4 of it to reduce the sodium significantly.
It's certainly not a health food, but rather a guilty pleasure for me. When I tell people I eat ramen they think that I'm broke... I told them no no, I actually love it!!
