When having annual maintenance or for that matter any maintenance performed by a dealer do you expect to receive replaced parts such as plugs, filters and water pump back?

When I was running a shop back in the 70's-80's I always put the old parts in a bag and left them in the customers boat. If you want them ask the service tech to save them, they probably just throw them away.

Unless there is a core return charge on something, I always give the old parts to the customer. That way there is no question about what was replaced.

You should get all parts back in a bag if they replaced them
