2lbs probably unless they raise to 3 but that would really cut down on fish that would count

I dont think it will ever go higher than 2. Wouldnt be enough coverage any higher than that

if you mean mlf this weekend then probably 2# min.
since they are a weigh and release and the slot won't matter I doubt the minimum will change.

When is the "Variable" going to kick in on "Variable Minimum Weight" -- I hope they increase to a 3lb min. or maybe a 2lb 8 oz

It will be 2, I don't think you will see them use 3 unless they hit a place thats really on fire like Santee Cooper or Falcon was back when they set the records, they think of it as setting par for the course I guess, wouldn't doubt if you see the 1lb min again in some tougher events this year.

I think because they have to juggle catches and size , 2lb. will probably be the standard. I mean if you were not going to bump it the previous 2 or Fork for stop 3, the variable will basically be an *.

If they raised it to 3lb, that means Wheeler is going to have to find a different pattern than schools of 2.5lbers...
