There are several ways you can structure things. First, we don't charge Veterans any Lender fees.... So, only fees are title co charges and prepaids. That's it! VA rates are around 2.75 no points no lender fees on a 30 year fixed..... Not a Veteran but can I call and ask you if I need to refi mine? Yes sir love to take a look at it. Rockie Martin at Supreme Lending in Rockwall can make it a painless process!! Went through this last year and saved $200 a month. it was a VA loan so no charges to refi for us Thank you Ronnie! I hope after 28 years I have figured something out! I sure have not figured the big bass out lately!

Rockie is a straight shooter and has excellent pricing. We’ve used him a couple times. I’m 4 years into our 15 year note that we got through him. 15yrs at 2.875% back in 2016. Painless process for sure. Not my opinion of him. I put him in the same box as most of the other mortgage brokers I have dealt with.

Just talked to a friend of mine in the business. Said rates went up 8 times today. And just like that the chance to refi as of right now just disappeared. Crazy

And I generally consider myself pretty hard to work with, especially when I'm spending this much. But I had no issues with Rockie at all. I suppose you can't please everyone, especially in an industry like real estate & financing, but I just don't have anything negative to say at all.
