I placed an order on 5 Feb. I had an issue with the wording on the order about "what" was actually getting shipped so quickly shot an email(was after 2100) to the company asking for a call back and to hold the order until we talked. After a couple email replies that did nothing to answer my questions I again stated that I wanted my order canceled until things were resolved. Then after no reply for a couple weeks I inquire again to find out that I still couldn't get an answer to my questions about "what" was getting shipped and they said my order had been delayed and they had NO idea when it would ship. So again I send emails and inquire as to what the heck is going on and again nothing was answered. I then get an email on 2 Mar saying my order will be "shipped" today. So NO answers to my questions, the order took over a month to even get shipped with NO update about it until I inquired again, and NO phone call after the order was placed like I requested to answer a simple question.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I can not and will not vouch for this company that has repeatedly FAILED to deal honestly with me. I will answer any questions that I can but until I actually receive some sort of product from them I cannot answer much.

There is Elite Tungsten Company & then everyone else. Bayou outdoor shelves are loaded with elite tungsten. At least you know what you’re getting that way.

What stinks the most is that our club president called and talked to them and they gave us a discount to use so I see his fb post and go to the site to check em out. I then see what called "FREE" packs just pay S&H so I figure it's a great way to try em out. Nope, would have been way better and cheaper to actually order regularly and use the discount code! Might have even been shipped the weights in some reasonable amount of time as well... HE ordered the weights and got his 2 days later... so I hope more of my club guys haven't been duped by these guys.

Elite is great. I've ordered from numerous other companies as well and had great customer service and experiences. I'm someone who spends $10K a year at least on fishing tackle and all it would have took was a simple phone call and I'd have happily shared my "good" experience NOT this bad one!

Dispute the charge on your credit card. You’ll probably get a full refund and keep whatever jacked up version of your order actually gets sent to you.

I'm also filling out an online BBB complaint form. If they had only answered my questions before(when it was easy) they wouldn't be answering them for the BBB to then provide to me!!

There is nothing to dispute. He already said that he placed an order authorizing them to pull money from his card or bank account. A dispute is used for a charge that was not authorized. He would need to place a stop payment, at whatever cost his bank charges to process.

If he ordered X and agreed to pay for X but the order confirmation is for Y and he quickly asks for clarification to make sure he gets X and they don’t respond or respond sloppily and eventually ship Y, definitely he can (and should) dispute the charge.

Same here. Great communication. I had ordered one of their small tackle boxes and the dividers were too tall to properly latch the box. One email & the next day I got a response that they had a bad batch & were sending me another. They did so - took about 4 days to get it. AND, told me to keep the 1st one.

Dang I wish I had y'alls luck with em!! Literally a reply answering my questions and I'd have resolved the issue Feb 6th. Did you talk to Eddie or Codie by chance? Really liked how the weights had the size on em too. 1/4 or 5/16 can get confusing lol.

I didn’t have to talk to anyone, received a email from the company stating some of the items I ordered were back ordered and would ship as soon as they were back in stock
