Lots of 6 pounders hitting the scales! Yeah looking if you don't have at least a 4lber don't waste the time weighing it in. Good sign though as I'm not fishing for dinks anyways lol!! :-)

I'll be there!! Fishing Sat and Sun. I haven't seen anything that showed how many have signed up so far? Or anything from last year either. Should be fun! Have you gotten your proper documents to cross over into Texas from Bossier? I should be there as well.  Having lived in East Tx for 5 years before moving to NW LA this is really funny to me. Amazing how much better TX is on all levels. I live in LA now, sometimes i feel like i'm crossing the southern border into Amercan when i drive West of here on I-20 about 25 miles. Where do you call home at? I work over here in shreveport and drive west on I-20 back to the great TX every day. Do you live near Marshall?

Fishing has been pretty tough lately. Weights show that so far. None over 10# yet and 10th overall is 7.22#.

Lucky enough to get a 4.49lber and take 9th for the last hour today!! Only 3 bites total the whole between my partner and I. Ran all over from stowaway to Walden to Rinkers to Palms to north enough to see some road up there and all sorts of places in between.

So how did everyone do? Figured there would be som bigger bass caught but congrats to the winner, 10.65 I believe. Had a great time and weather was actually pleasant for a change. Worked areas where I thought pre-spawn bass would funnel into and picked off quite a few (mainly males waiting for a girlfriend) and my brother and I cashed a check each, missed a couple others by coming in at the wrong hour. i got 8th one hour on friday, and had a buddy get 7th one hour on sunday. we caught a lot of small fish. we caught them from 1-12 foot deep,

Congrats y'all!! I don't know how many anglers there were but with the fishing as tough as it was y'all did WELL to land some $$ fish!! Sunday I think we had over 40 boats in/around us all day. Those fish were super skittish!

^^ hey that's a great fish!! I was the guy parked next to y'all at the weigh-in and we talked some. Love those 6th sense shallow cranks with all the different color options that others don't have.
