You do realize that this entire thread is pure speculation and that no one even attempted to weigh in that fish right?

Nobody had a chance to weigh it in. I think its funny a lot of you guys just think its normal to find a 14 pounder (previously caught and posted all over social media) randomly tied up on a stringer the day before a big bass tournament.

It’s normal when it was caught by a cat fisherman from the bank. Pretty common for cat fisherman to use stringers.
Additionally, it was the guys PB right? It’s possible it was on a stringer so he can show it off more. Cat fishermen don’t worship at the alter of Bass like others do so he likely didn’t think to much about it.

Both perhaps more plausible than a cat fisherman posting A pic of his catch on FB and then deciding to keep it alive for a week to weigh into a Big Bass tournament that’s really not that big of a deal down here.

This post is nothing but people’s imagination and worship for a fish letting their imagination get the best of them. Absolutely zero facts support the narrative.

Get weighed in. It was also the same fish caught a few days before. Think some of y’all are missing the point.

This, clearly there was someone planning on something.

Catfisherman who originally caught it knows something or was contacted by someone. Still worth the GW having a chat.

Would it even be legal to leave a game species tied up for days?
