Bring it on. There's plenty of spotted bass that need to be cleared out

One of the perks of there only being like 20 largemouth in the whole lake is that they get really big.

I guess when me and my client catch 7 to 10 LMB, including some 3s and 2s and occasionally a 6 or so, it is just PURE LUCK, even though we can repeat the catches many times. Guess I should have all 20 named by now, but WAIT, when a T is fished there are a LOT more than 20 LMB weighed in, on a big local T. So maybe your FACTS are wrong. BET YOU MONEY YOU ARE WRONG. Put your money where your mouth is is what I say. I'll put up $500 to your $100 that there are a LOT more than 20 LMB in LAH.
Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

Got mad respect for you but ive fished the jackpot.tournaments and bud light tournaments on that lake. I have never seen 20+ largemouth weighed in with 30 or more boats fishing. A limit consisting of 5 2.5 - 3 lb spots wins most of.those tournaments. A handful of those 5 fish stringers have 1 or 2 nice largemouth. I fished Saturday for about the 6th time this year. I caught my 1st and 2nd largemouth of the year. One was a 3 lb fish, the other was a 2 lb fish. I ended up with 6 fish from daylight to 3:00 and would have had a 12 lb stringer with 5 fish. Thats a fairly decent stringer and better than average on most days. I fished with Big Spring bass club at the end of last year. With about 20 people fishing, i recall 2 largemouth. When our bass club fished it in November, no one weighed in a largemouth. Happy for Blake though, most people will go their entire lives without catching 1 fish of that quality, very impressive to catch 2 in a few weeks.

Congrats to the lucky angler. Catching a 14 is a lifetime achievement. Catching a 13 within 3 weeks is crazy lucky!!

Sorry springsss. GO fish with me a couple of times and I can show you what some of the LOCALS know. I have been fishing this little pond since 1998, on a regular basis. I have the lake video taped at 25' 32', 43' and 52' depths. I have fished it in dead of winter with snow falling, dead of summer in 100+ degree heat, been on the lake during rain/snow/hail storms, wind storms (easy lake to fish in the wind, if you can get from cove to cove w/o too much problems) and all kinds of other conditions. I can almost guarantee you to catch a LMB, because I know where some of them live. I have won 11 Friday night Ts by fishing from the bank. MANY people not happy about it, but I have done it. SO, needles s to say, I feel comfortable on the lake and teach other people how to fish it. Do you know about the pack of 3 and 4 lb spots on the dam? I see them almost every time I go and that was where I caught the 5#er. BIG Wolf Pack as they call them now, just swimming around the dam area and come up and see what is going on sometimes. To know this lake, you have to fish it a lot in different weather conditions and PAY ATTENTION. But it is a VERY UNIQUE lake, other than any other lake I have fished. Once you know the little things, it is MUCH easier to catch LMB and bigger fish, too. 3 years ago, in 12 working mans Ts, 6 6 plus lb fish were caught, by locals that know the lake. These were all LMB, too. Otherwise, we would have a much bigger Spotted bass record. .Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.
