Tied a neighbor kid to a garbage rack and took turns on him with a bullwhip.
That is beyond a stupid stunt.

I started the hold my beer antics at a very young age, so the list is long. One that comes to mind real quick was we used to build forts in the woods, we would defend these violently by forming clay into baseball size spheres, then plug mesquite thorns into them, then promptly throw fastballs with these at any oncoming intruders.

Went to lake Granbury on 4th of July, found some steel pipes laying around that were used for docks, decided they would make great bottle rocket launchers, after several test fires got the trajectory just right. That evening when all the boats showed up for the fireworks show we let hell play out onto the lake, dad beat the [censored] out of me for that one.

Got grounded from participating in Halloween back in SLC.
Put together a stupid makeshift costume, recruited a neighborhood friend, then snuck out a few days later after school and went door to door.
"We're sorry to bother you, but I missed Halloween I was out of town, trick or treat!"
Instead of one or two pieces, we'd get handfuls from the leftovers. It was the score of a lifetime.
Then my parents found me and my pile and...yeah, got grounded a whole lot more.

me and my buddy was fascinated with anything military and especially sniper. We made our own ghillie suits using old cloth feed sacks and sticking fescue and any other things in it, We would then stalk across the farm and get close enough to a bull to shoot him in the testicles with a bb gun. man that was fun

Water bottles + hydrochloric acid + aluminum foil.
Mix, cap on, throw.
A buddy didn't get the cap on fast enough and the spray turned his t-shirt to swiss cheese.

Dumbest thing we ever did was playing lawn-dart chicken.
Funnest thing was when Dad tore down an old barn. I was about 14. I looked at the old wooden barn door lying there and said, "Dang, that'd be a nice raft!". My big sister's boyfriend dared me to float it down the Brazos, offered $20 I think.
We put in at the old Hwy-7 bridge, and I was supposed to float it down to the Falls, just a few miles. Well, I get to the Falls and there's a little burger stand and park where I was supposed to pull out, and I see my sister and her boyfriend, and the Sheriff's car at the burger stand. I had a 12-pack of beer and some snacks in a cooler strapped down to the barn door. I really didn't want to get caught with that beer so I just rode that barn door right over the falls and kept on going. The next takeout was High Bank, about 20 miles further down the river. It turned into an overnight trip. I don't even want to know what happened when my sister told Mom where I was that night, "somewhere on the river." I spent the night on a gravel bar and when I came into sight of High Bank the next morning I saw Dad's truck. I used my oar and made my way over to him. We hauled the barn door out of the river, got in the truck and rode home. Mom was pissed, so we never really said a word about it, but I think he was secretly proud of me.

1969. My Dad and Grandad took off to a pond that was down a dirt road behind our house. I was 8, they wanted to go crappie fishing and left me at home. I was po'ed, but hung around the house. After a while I got bored and took off through the woods toward the pool. I got to the spot where where my Dad had left his truck. I see Dad and Grandad gathering up their stuff to go back to the house. I panic, because my Dad told me not to come to the pool. I go under the truck, hang my legs over the axle and grab the spare tire hanger. I think it was a 67 Ford. I rode under that truck to the house. Maybe a half mile. We get to the house, I can see Dad and Grandad get out and start walking to the back. They get out of sight and I start getting out from under the truck. I was coming out from under the truck, my Grandad comes around from the back and catches me. The arse beating that followed, well I'm 59 now, I still remember. I deserved it, I had scared the $#@! out of my Mother and Dad, and Grandparents. Fun times!
