I just read about this in the paper. Some town in Virginia is banning natural gas use in houses and gas stations have to be outside city limits. Apparently there are several small towns that have this idea that that they can actually have an impact. I say they are nothing more that a pimple on an elephants back side. Also if they go all electric where do they think electricity comes from?

Virginia is for nutcase liberals anymore. The Church of Climatology cult has set roots. But there is an awakening in process.

Good idea, run the businesses out of town. Sounds like a great plan

Gas stations outside of city limits, that makes a lot of sense. Now people will have to drive further to get gas

Genius, make everyone drive out of town to get gas then drive back home. Sadly the people of that city elected the officials who came up with this idea.

Also if they go all electric where do they think electricity comes from? I thought this was in Tacoma Park, which is Maryland (not that there is much difference). Feel good knee jerk measures that don't mean anything. Just like the plastic straw ban. If you really want to make a difference, get rid of all plastic water bottles. Or stop passing non-binding garbage and actually give up your cars. When the people of that city do that I'll care, until then they are just feel good hypocrites

Sure hope this does not affect Houston as it has Rockwall.

Sure hope this does not affect Houston as it has Rockwall. No problems in Rockwall yet with the exception of no winter. Most towns are out west but some in east now think they can help by outlawing natural gas and discouraging gas burning vehicles.
