I bought a Bobo’s thumper today and used it at Bridgeport and it worked great in first five minutes and we caught sand bass until we were tired of catching them. Used slabs at 25 ft fishing 49 ft of water off a point. Great product Jeff. Thanks Heath Awesome sir! I really enjoyed meeting you and your wife today. Glad y’all had a good day catching fish. Thanks for the mention here. It’s very much appreciated.

A lot of folks don't know me but I have been guiding for Stripers and sandbass for a long time. I know a lot of great guides on area lakes and work with a lot of great guides on Texoma. I try to only state the facts that I know, and by know means consider myself an expert on anything. For 2020 I am starting year 5 using Bobo's thumper. Yep it has been around for a while and many of the guides that I work with now have Bobo's thumper. Since the first prototype there has been some really nice upgraded parts. My thumper is mounted below my rear deck and unaware of the vent holes in the battery box top, the battery box got filled with salty Texoma water. Don't know how long water was in the box but one day I started hearing a splashy noise along with the thump. The box had a 1" of water in it and it had been there for a while. The thumper and electronics were wet and nasty and needed a good cleaning but it was still working fine. I think the polyethylene framing and stainless components helped keep it working. I'm guessing my thumper probably hammers away more in one year than most will in 4-5 years. So for what it is worth Bobo's thumper has done a good job for me.

Thank you loco pescado! I wasn’t sure how long you had been thumping with your thumper but knew it had been a while. I appreciate your input and recommendations sir.

Do thumpers work year round or mainly in the winter months?
