Went fishing last weekend and my Helix 7 on the bow wouldn't turn on. It looks like my plug has corroded; one prong is all the way to the end and the other looks like it has corroded off about a 1/3 of the way up.

What is the easiest fix for this?

I unplug and lock up my electronics when the boat is parked at the storage facility. Should I start wrapping the plugs up or something to keep them from getting wet? I'm assuming that's why this plug corroded.

T-Bird, I have one of those on my Helix 10, I don't think they are available for the Helix 7.

Helix 5 and Helix 7 models have a friction fit on the back of the cabinets to hold the plugs. They don't use that snap-on cable collector.
