Was just up there last weekend, Drawdown Put in at dam- learned there is extra gravel after concrete on ramp so you can put in without
too much worry, water 56 deg ish. 60+ deg out from powerplant( huge schools of gizzard shad) caught a few LMB- mostly dropshot, idled into couple of gravel beds
guess the floods altered some things, thank goodness for jackplates. Overall a decent day for 1st time in 2 years. The ruts on 281 from San Antonio
have been mostly patched up(that was my biggest memory from the last trip)

Log Perch

log perch are everywhere.

Can't say I had ever heard of them, but naive is pretty much my middle name
Log Perch looks similar to the silhouette of that Senko.
