It's that time again... Time for the 3rd annual murvall spring get-together fish fry, and the "potlicker classic " crappie tournament!!
Where: Murvall Marina on beautiful lake murvaul
When: Saturday April 25th
What: A fun friendly no pressure crappie tournament on Saturday morning, followed by an afternoon fish fry...This is a family-friendly event so feel free to bring your wives and kids!
Lodging: As usual I have reserved 4 small cabins as well as the lodge, they also have a nice RV Park.
We have some time to iron out the details, but if anyone has questions they can call me at 903-918-6653...if you want to get detailed information about the murvall marina facility and what they have to offer their phone number is 903-693-6526

How about this.....Let's have a game warden appreciation lunch and invite the local wardens to our fish fry. I Donno.......if we do that crapicat and I will get even further scrutinized when we bring our small stringer in for the weigh in. I don’t know if I can handle that kind of pressure!!

If you think the GW’s will show up to eat, and visit...works for me...do you by chance know any of them? Of course, with the GW’s AND Troys’s missus there, he will he nervous like a cat on a hot tin roof...just saying! Maybe you can talk them into a practical joke, on ole Troy...just for good measure!

If you think the GW’s will show up to eat, and visit...works for me...do you by chance know any of them? Of course, with the GW’s AND Troys’s missus there, he will he nervous like a cat on a hot tin roof...just saying! Maybe you can talk them into a practical joke, on ole Troy...just for good measure! No, I've never met them. Just an idea to throw out there. We've got a somewhat honest bunch....shouldn't be any problems...maybe.

I know them personally and can extend an invitation if that's what y'all want... I bet money if we do this crappie cat wont show up... I wouldn't show up with stringer y'all had last year if I knew the game wardens were going to be standing in there.

Troy you are just jealous Cole and I found the smallest legal crappie! You shouldn’t have started bragging so fast, about how cool those Thermocline lures were look in your tackle box! Oh yea, I’ll be there...I believe my room is already booked.
Heck, it is y’all get together, invite them...I don’t think the wardens in my area would drive that far...besides they need to know that the public supports them...heck invite the local biologists, I like visiting with those guys, as well.
