Advertised as Orange Pepper, made for and sold at HEB. The wife brought me some yesterday. The stuff is new to me and was wondering if someone here has used this combination of spices. The wrapper says great on chicken,fish,and beef . It does contain MSG and 16% salt. I looked up the Sazonador recipe and found variations of ingredients (typical).

May have to find this.

Letting a rack of ribs marinate with this stuff tonight. Will see how it works. Other than the rub, the only thing that I will add is butter, honey, and brown sugar when I wrap it. I'll add my homemade BBQ sauce the last 20 minutes of the cook.

I’ve been using Sazon for a long time. Granulated lime and other citrus flavorings. Good find.
