We put in between rain storms at the State Park and made our way across the lake to the Oasis to eat some dinner and listen to some good live music. Of course, I had to just "see" if some of my favorite spots had fish on them.  Guess what....they did. I showed my wife the sonar and said..."you see that huge clump looking thing, that is sandbass." I threw out marker buoy. First cast we hooked up and from then on we caught fish on every cast until my wife reminded me of why we were on the lake...to go eat! Here is a few pics of my daughter catching a few...      Wife w/ a double!   The "usual" at the Oasis...   Son starting early...

NOthing like fishing with the family ..my oldest boy is 4 and he is just starting to want to go.. When the youngest get ready i'll start working on the wife...I know you had a blast....

Yea I have not fished Pool much int he last few years. Firemans used to be good for some fish most of the time but I hear it is hit or miss now.

You should be on your knees every day giving thanks for the blessings you have received! Those were terrific photos of a wonderful family! As the Apostle Paul wrote (twice), "Make the most of every opportunity." One day you'll wake up and those little ones will be 26 and 21, like mine, and you will wonder how the years zipped by so quickly.
