Guys thanks for all the help and ideas. I have finally got a guy bringing me a complete piece that has never been cut. The folks at Hareline have told me if I will send it to them they will see if they recognize it. The guys at Hareline are very nice and helpful, I know most of them, but not as Skip, lol! Skip

I know the name of the material. It's Hareline Pseudo Hackle. I purchased some of it off EBay around 6 months ago.
