I'm prepping up some baby backs and a slab of beef ribs, with the corresponding Meat Church rubs. Getting them ready for the Big Easy oil less fryer. Made some Dr. Pepper Bar B Q sauce as well. Buddy is cooking up a mess of wings and other smaller items. Potato salad, chips, queso, dips and vino. Gonna have a good time, no matter what. Someone said something about a game or something on TV.

I saw a stat on the elevator screen at work the other day saying 1.3 billion chicken wings on Super Bowl Sunday, according to the National Chicken Council

We'll be having some bacon wrapped steak and shrimp kabobs for dinner at work.

I will let my hair down a little...not so much of a healthy eating lifestyle today. Snacking foods during pre-game will be chips and queso (rotel) and cocktail lil' smokies w/ cheese and crackers tray, and then for dinner before the game will be steak, baked taters, and salad. Gonna top most of everything off with some oven roasted brown beech mushrooms. The drink consumption highlight of the day will include my new fav beer....NEW BELGIUM VOODOO RANGER!

Scrambled eggs and toast while watching some DVRed shows. I'm not a fan of pro football.

Wife got a new air fryer. Not sure what she has planned. I'm sure it will be an adventure.
