Cedar Creek is still pumping out some good stringers. We have been doing well on boat docks and brush piles. Jigs are the best bait but ofcourse minnows will work too. The morning bite has been slow on overcast days until 9 am or so. The afternoon bite has been great.
yesterday pm trip
todays trip with his limit

Good luck if you come out this weekend. Watch out for the crowds and the warden!

Now back to Mr. Rollins great guy as you know, will find ya fish even though he said it was a slow day I learned quite abit and my fishing style will never be the same. Again Chuck thanks a bunch, Oh i'm the last picture posted.

Has anyone fished CC since yesterday morning? I am thinking of running over there this afternoon, but with all the cloud cover and rain I may reconsider. How is the water clarity? Are they releasing water? I really don't want to burn a tank of gold ladden fuel and struggle needlessly.

The lake looked great today. I wanted to shoot some docks for crappie but my wife did not want any part of that. Put her on some sandbass, fished for 2 hours. Caught 44 fish total. I am looking forward to my next day off. If everything goes as planned I will be back on Friday.

Don't sweat the small stuff. It's all small stuff.

Thanks Guys, I sure enjoyed having luvdemslabs on the boat. He is what makes my job a real treat. I wish all my customers were as easy going and as easy to talk to as he was.
