Is it only the stop/turn/running bulb, or is the whole side not working? When there is a ground problem, it usually affects all of the lights. It sounds like you have a burned out bulb.

Side marker lights, taillight, and brake/turn signal are all dark? If it's bulbs, it's more than one.

If you are pulling it with a Ford, then check the fuses under the hood. There are seperate from the rest of the truck.

Okay, do check your fuse box...mine has a fuse for trailer left brake/turn and one for right brake/turn, but not a separate one for taillights, but yours might, but they probably wouldn't be separate left & right, but check anyway.
the marker lights & taillights on both sides get power from the brown wire; since the left side works, it can't be in the connector.
The right side brake/turn get power from the green wire.
They all are grounded to the trailer frame through the mounting hardware.
You might have damaged the brown & green on the right side between where the brown wire splits and the first side marker. Or, in a total fluke, all the bulbs might have burned out.
All the lights need to mounted on a clean, rust-free, corrosion-free, paint-free area in order to get good ground.
a 12V test light (coupla bucks at walmart) will help ya narrow it down.
good luck.
