I'm here in brunswick for a couple of months and I miss texas. Just wondering if anyone has fished this area. Need to get out and fish. The only thing i got going on is a shark fishing trip. But I want to fish without paying everytime. What Do I fish for here?
Thanks

OK I just moved from Jaksonville FL about a year ago just south of you and I have fished all around that area. If you are fishing from the shore go to the inlets and fish the Jetties. If you don't Mind the drive go down a1a to the south end of Fernandena
I can't remember the name of the Island but there is a bridge there crossing the nasaue sound. I have fished from the old brige which is a public fishing area. I don't belive you even need a license in florida if you aresalt water fishing from the bank or a peir. if you go alittle further south about 10 miles to little Talbot Island there are a couple of other inlets where I have seen people fishing and then you willcome to the St. Johns river Inlet I would recomend the Jetties. Are you at FLETC? I have done some work there and I know a few folks there. Hope that helps you good luck wish I was with you there.
