Someone told me a couple bought Rainswood (again) and was remodeling it to reopen this spring. Anyone know if thIs is true? That would be good, but I'm doubting it. I spoke with the owners back in March about buying it and they pretty much told me they would not sell it for any amount of money.

Up above in this thread I corrected my statement. It was Axtons that was reopening under new management not Rainswood.
I would love to speak to Bill & Becky if you wouldn't mind PM'ing me their number.

Gibson’s went out of business and is never coming back . Maybe you need to go to Gibson's in Weatherford. Awesome store with tons of fishing, hunting stuff. More than the Walmart in Graham.

Heck I am excited about Axton's reopening with a restaurant. I heard they are going to have a stocked store and live bait as well. I have seen trucks out front unloading supplies already. I believe they are planning the first of February as a target opening date.

There's a big cove behind Axtons, there's a pond dam that fronts the mouth of that cove. DO NOT drag a big ole C-rig 8-10" worm anywhere near that dam,...you could jerked out of the boat,..!!!
