I’m trying to view historical images on google earth. I’ve done it before with a slider bar within the tool menu. I’m in chrome and it doesn’t seem to be an option. I’m sure this is operator error. What am I missing?

I meant that I’m on google earth with chrome as the browser. Tried it on internet explorer too but it won’t load up. I’ve tried it on the app too but it won’t work.

Sounds to my as if you are trying to use google maps instead of google earth. Google Maps is a web application while Google Earth is a downloadable application that runs independent of web applications. I have it on my Linux Desktop and Windows tablet as a application. You must go to Google Earth website and download it. After some research it appears you can use Google Earth from a web app but it must be through Chrome. Not sure if historic maps are available this way however. https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/use-google-earth-browser/

Have to use google earth pro on a PC. The clock icon will be in the tool bar.
