Mine was not near as good of shape as this one:

had a 54 ford f100 with a frame/axles from a 48 dodge military ambulance. street tires were 9.00x20 on split rims, off road was 36x18 on custom 3/8" solid center rims. had a 428 cobra jet/4 bbl that ran great. sat 8' to top of cab, this was back in 77. got too expensive (tickets) so sold it. thing was painted desert camo, drove it back from kalifornicate with a great dane and friend in the seat, bed maxed out with a suzuki 500 (the other guys) and all our stuff. good times.

when we came back I fell in with a military convoy for about 75 miles or so, we fit right in till they realized it was an old ford. got a lot of salutes when I finally passed them.

most practical favorite was a 72 f250 hiboy with a 390 and granny gear 4 speed, sat on 35" brg mud terrain. had 3 gas tanks for way back in the woods in colorado. dam thing would climb a tree.

First truck was a 1954 chevy.
I sold it in 1989 to buy my first brand new car.

I have 2....

95-97 F250 w/ V8 460 8' bed

Man do I miss her...RIP Big Red. Michigan salty roads took her down to nothing.

1999 - 2004 SVT Lighting

Had 1 2001 Lightning in Metallic Silver...biggest mistake trading it in. Should have kept it and just paid more for the Navigator I purchased.

My dad drove this from '79-'85, great solid truck, made many trips down PINS and through the high passes of Colorado

That’s a good looking truck chug. My first truck was a 65 Chevy Stepside short bed in 1980. My GF now my wife hated it because she said it was the same age as her. Had a column shift, took it out and put it in the floorboard. My jersey number in sports was 14 and I had a green striped 14 pool ball as my gear knob. I really wish I still had that truck. Many memories in that bad boy.

1982 Toyota SR5 4WD with this color scheme. Bought with the insurance money after my Honda Interceptor was stolen.

Used to own a 1990 Bronco that was purchased in Alaska-Had the oil pan heater too. 300 hp straight 6. Eddie Bauer edition. I was the second owner. Got it right after I moved to Round Rock years ago before the boom. As soon as I got it home, I took off the camper and it stayed off all through the summer Of ‘92. Miss that buggy.
