Took MLK week off so I'm rolling into 9 days of manly stuff. If CCTX wants to get his trolling motor batteries moved I have the time, power wire, lugs and hydraulic crimper to handle up on business. New Truck needs to be properly introduced to the boat and dragged about from lake to lake. Since I'll fish Texoma the stupid Zebra Mussels limits me on how many lakes I can hit. At some point I will carve a car seat out of a mahogany stump so that Baby Jesus has a place to ride. I have a new gynourmous and #OT HARD swimbait to chunk on Texoma. I will fish when I want, spit and cuss when I want and be an overall pain in the arse if I choose to be.

Well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday, we're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time

Got my Ruger 77/22 completely disassembled last night. Reworking the stock tomorrow, installing a new match grade barrel from Shilen, a trigger sear and spring kit from Volquartsen, a new v-block and a pic rail from Weigand Machining. Tried to put the barrel on last night, but it was a little too tight, so the barrel went in the freezer and I'll put the receiver in the oven. Hopefully that will be enough to get it together, otherwise it's off to the machine shop for a little turning.
