Pookie????? Ok I was originally thinking that this was just a shout out for an old friend but now that the nicknames are coming out I’m definitely siding with Troy on this one...... this thread has seriously taken a turn towards the soap opera isle...

Pookie is Belinda’s dog! I think TBOX is trying to get a oneupmanship thing on Pookie with the goatee look. Maybe trying to get in her favor, you know. I could be wrong, of course! He has a younger dog, I forget his name...barks like heck when you first arrive, then kinda lurks around after a sniff fest, and a few sharp words from TBox. I’m not sure, but I think Ken gave him that dog...Ken used to post a lot, but not so much, anymore, well since I have gotten back from parts unknown.

What is a soap opera? Is that like watching Troy try his hand at dock shooting? Or like Troy trying to do the right thing when Mrs. Troy is nearby? I never watch those things, so I can never be sure...

Say, did you ever tell the Murvall bunch that we decided to win that smallest stringer because ole Tbox was giving a bunch of baits to the winner? Heck, if he does that again this year, we will probably let him win big stringer again! I truly enjoyed the CAT guys that showed up, just can’t decide whose stories I liked best, Slewfoot’s or Hickory Nuts...I DO know who made the best ice cream though. We need to encourage some more of that city bunch to show up, this year...they all seemed to enjoy our laidback approach to fishing, while still kinda being competitive with each other.
