Hey guys, been around Bastrop for a few years. If I had a smaller boat to put on Lake Bastrop, I would be fishing almost every weekend heh.. but, boat is too big but was curious. All my normal spots are up north, Granger, Buch, etc...
Any good shoreline, creek spots around Bastrop, i.e. closer than Granger?
Would love to get the kids out more often.
Thanks!
Russ

If I lived near Bastrop, I would definitely be trading in boats and getting something that would actually allow me to fish the lakes around there. That boat of yours is a tad too big, Bastrop has a ton of bass in it, and are fairly easy to catch, not sure if it has crappie.

I got it for offshore and prefer that. Had smaller, love deep sea.
Will get a small boat some day for local stuff, but this is what it is heh.
