 Sand bass Forecast for the run up the Neches???

What is some of your opinions on the Sand Bass run coming up the Neches River just east of Chandler? I know it was really slow a year or two ago. Wondering if it has picked back up?

No matter what river it is we are all gonna need some rain to make these runs happen.
