I am no expert, but livewell pumps on all of my boats have been located near bilge pump in back of the boat. Pumps water thru the transom to the livewells. Acess is tight , but same access as bilge pump.
good luck

Depends on if it is the fill pump, pump out pump or re-circulation pump....

I got the same problem...my recirc pump burnt up...evidently melted into the plastic tubes, as I have to bilge water, now...never did before...all I can figure, after looking the situation over...is I am going to have to cut the alum deck bracing out and pull the deck off, to get to it...donโt know why they failed to consider, these hoses/pumps might need to be replaced, and figure a portal repair area out...poor design, essentially.
