Wife texted me this afternoon asking if I had tried to make an online purchase from Best Buy.
She received a text saying she hadn't completed all of her personal information during the purchase process.
Thankfully she already knew what was up before texting me.
Freaking scammers are attacking from every possible angle these days. hammer

If she entered her password on a link from that email she needs to change it immediately. If that password is used on other accounts change them too.

You should call them back ASAP. Make sure you have some gift cards handy to get their best deal.

I have cleared the balance off a couple of AMEX gift cards and have been known to give out that as a "valid" credit card number.
