Love the guy. He seems real and sincere, and his enthusiasm is contagious. Wish there were more like him rather then the sterile sound bites. Hope they go all the way!

After living in SE Tx most of my life, even shrimping in SW La for about 10 years I can understand 'em. He is easy and not that thick.
1st wife's grandparents spoke Cajun French in their house and their English was super thick. She was a Broussard. Then I went to Canada and got another French woman ... couldn't understand her grandmother either as she barely spoke English also( different dialect tho).
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.
