As long as Daniels is in charge it won’t matter.  I am not a Daniels fan either but I am interested to see what else he does between now and P&C's reporting February 11th. After that the trade deadline will be the next line of demarcation. With loosened purse strings there should be no reason to shy away from some pitching help.
