A new pattern I thought up. Again 100% hand made.

This is the one I I was trying to do the other night. Sanded after my mess up and repainted.

Well I think I should have started with the purple and blue, but this is what I ended up with. Not my favorite, but sure it will work.

Been making jigs and spinnerbaits for a few years.. after seeing all of the great paint jobs on here I stopped on my way home from the lake and picked up an iwata air brush kit from hobby lobby and a little paint today.

So we had our tackle show this weekend at Fun N Sun and had my good friend Arturo Murga in our booth. I made up four blanks for him to paint during the show that turned out great. He is a very talented artist with many talents. Since I made the bodies it still fits in the “what have you been working on” category. Thank you to all that came by and supported, enjoy.

The 5 PC is a Wake bait and the other one is going to be a small glide bait...

Trying to decide if i want to spend hours doing scales or just paint as is...Wha [Linked Image]

I will have to get into foiling my own lures. That seems like something you need patience for, and I’m not sure I’ve got them. I do have some silver and gold leaf but have yet to use them.

I’m drawing up some blanks now that should be ready for paint in a few days.
