Does anyone here take this substance for health reasons? If so, what do you think about it.

I take it for inflammation. Not sure if it helps but it certainly doesn't hurt.

It supposed to reduce inflammation, I take a daily supplement of it along with other supplements. It does work up to a point but it’s usually a daily ritual thing along with 81mg of aspiration. I have two bad knees plus the arthritis.

Wife uses it like coffee creamer in her morning cup of Joe. Says it helps with inflammation.

Unfortunately I've got to take rather large handfuls of pills to deal with inflammation from my immune system trying to kill me. Turmeric doesn't do anything.

Works great for me taken daily. I’ve quit the ibuprofen regimen for daily use. Only take it when I really need it now.

We use it a lot. My tendonitis has gotten much better since using it and cutting out grains which are highly inflammatory.

Same here. Started taking a capsule daily about a year ago. Then started adding the powdered form as a seasoning on some things. I have noticed a difference with the combination of factors. I also had consulted with a registered dietitian before starting.

I take 1 fish oil capsule a day along with a baby aspirin also. I don't know if it's the weather causing this joint pain in "some" of my fingers. Recently I bought some powdered Turmeric in a bottle to use in some of my homemade sauces, although I haven't used it yet. I want to stay away from "pain pills" as much as possible now days. So if I use the powdered form I need to whip up some kind of "cocktail". Google is my best friend here !! Does someone here use the form and how do you take it?

I bought a bottle and take a capsule daily. So far haven't been able to tell any difference.

This, and it's great in pickled squash.

I love the flavor. Add it to chicken noodle soup, chicken and dumplings and also to some homemade pepper vinegar sauce I made.
